Welcome to Park Volusia Permits!
Volusia residents can register for an annual no cost beach parking permit allowing for free parking at on-beach and off-beach locations. Visitors can purchase annual permits for on-beach driving and off-beach parking. Individuals with handicapped license plates, Disabled Veteran license plates, and handicap placards can register for a complimentary handicap permit that provides access to on-beach, off-beach, and the Inlet Parks.
Daily passes for on-beach, off-beach, and the Inlet Parks cannot be purchased on this website and may be purchased on site upon arrival.
